INCREASE IN SUBSCRIPTION RATES
Owing to increases in both domestic and international postage
fees it is necessary for us to raise the subscription rates to
these Circulars. Starting with this issue, the rate for special
(i.e., unbilled) accounts will be 18c per Circular, and that for
regular accounts will be 24c. Special subscribers should note that
the number of the last Circular they will receive will generally be
adjusted downward; the normal payment will in future be $9.00 (for
50 issues) or $18.00 (for 100 issues) although other amounts can be
accepted. For back issues the regular rate of 24c will be charged.

1976 January 2 (2894) Brian G. Marsden
