COMET WEST (1975n)
     The following observations have been reported: Feb. 22.05 UT,
m1 = -1 (R. Keen and G. Emerson, Boulder, Colorado, naked eye and
7 x 50 binoculars); 22.09, no magnitude given (C. Townsend, Oxnard,
California); 23.05, m1 = -1, tail 7' long (Keen and Emerson).
