Y. Kozai, Tokyo Astronomical Observatory, cables that M. Honda,
Kurashiki, has discovered a novalike object as follows:
1978 UT R. A. (1950) Decl. mpg
Mar. 1 17 49.0 -14 45 9
An observation by H. Kosai at the Kiso Station on Mar. 8 [sic;
should be March 5?] showed the object at magnitude 8.
