     The observations on July 13 (see also IAUC 3618), Aug. 1, 2
and 3 are consistent in indicating a correction of Delta-T = -0.12 day
to the prediction on MPC 5852 (elements on MPC 5129).  The ephemeris
is therefore revised as follows:
