SUPERNOVA IN IC 1731
E. P. Aksenov, Sternberg Astronomical Institute, cables that
Yu. V. Terebizh reports that this object (cf. IAUC 3875) was
indeendently discovered by N. Metlova at the Sternberg Crimean
Staion. The object was of mpg 14.0 on Sept. 17.99 UT.
