estimates confirm that an outburst is occurring: Feb. 24.1 UT, 9.9
(J. Bortle, Stormville, NY); Mar. 5.82 UT, 8.8 (K. Medway,
Southampton, England); 5.91, 9.1 (G. M. Hurst, Basingstoke, England);
5.91, 9.1 (S. Lubbock, Bridgend, Wales); 7.99, 9.0 (Medway).
