M. Koishikawa (Sendai Observatory, Ayashi Station). Mean of three
exposures with telephoto lens (focal length 0.30 m). Reduced
by S. Kasahara. Communicated by S. Nakano.
S. J. Bus and B. A. Skiff (Lowell Observatory, Anderson Mesa
Station). 0.33-m photographic telescope. Measured by Bus.
J. Gibson (Palomar Observatory). 1.6-m reflector and CCD.

The following parabolic orbital elements have been derived by
S. Nakano from 22 observations May 28-June 17. Ephemeris
differences from IAUC 4071, 4072 and 4074 (q.v.) are minor.
