POSSIBLE NOVA IN HERCULES
     H. Kosai, Tokyo Astronomical Observatory, reports the independent
discoveries by M. Sugano and M. Honda of a possible nova located
at R.A. = 18h41.3, Decl. = +15 15' (equinox 1950.0).  The following
visual magnitudes are available:  Jan. 25.847 UT, 8.5 (Honda);
27.847, 8.0 (Sugano); 27.851, 8.5 (Honda); 28.8, 7.5 (Sugano);
28.847, 8.5 (Honda); 30.15, 7.6 (P. Schmeer, Bischmisheim, West
Germany); 30.26, 7.6 (G. M. Hurst, Basingstoke, England).
