PERIODIC COMET TUTTLE-GIACOBINI-KRESAK (1989b1)
     J. Gibson, OAO Corporation and Jet Propulsion Laboratory,
reports his recovery of this comet with the 1.5-m reflector (+ CCD
+ Gunn r filter) at Palomar.  The seeing was poor on both nights;
the comet image was stellar within the limitations of seeing. The
following positions indicate a correction of Delta(T) = -0.02 day
to the prediction on MPC 12135 (ephemeris on MPC 15265):

     1989 UT             R.A. (1950) Decl.        m2
