CATALOGUE OF COMETARY ORBITS 1992
Further to IAUC 5483, and as mentioned on MPC 20541, we remark
that this Catalogue is now available on an MS-DOS diskette for $100.00
and that this includes a facility for extracting individual orbits and
computing ephemerides (in the J2000.0 system).

NOTICE TO SUBSCRIBERS
Subscribers who receive these Circulars by e-mail are reminded
that, although e-mail delivery continues often to be unreliable, we
can NOT supply missing issues by e-mail. Each e-mail subscriber is
assigned a Computer Service password that allows him or her to log in
here directly and extract missing Circulars. Those subscribers who do
not have instructions on how to do this should contact us. At present
the Computer Service can be contacted only by SPAN or by modem, but it
is hoped that internet contact will be possible in a few months.
Subscribers are also advised that e-mail delivery and Computer Service
usage are automatically stopped at the end of the calendar month
through which they have subscribed. Renewal payments should be sent
promptly, either in response to the invoices we supply (in the case of
regular-rate subscriptions), or by examining the last four digits on
the address labels for the printed Circulars (for the cheaper,
special-rate subscriptions), "9208", for example, indicating expiry at
24h00m (U.S.) Eastern (Daylight) Time on 1992 August 31. Changes in
the list of e-mail addresses can be made only at the end of each month.

1992 August 31 (5598) Brian G. Marsden
