E. A. Harlan (Lick Observatory).  Comet almost stellar but with
   some diffuseness.  Measurer: A. R. Klemola.

     The following parabolic elements, by B. G. Marsden, satisfy
the accurate observations (May 3 positions averaged) within 1":
